Referrals are accepted only from community program service coordinators who are treating the child/family. This assessment, diagnostic and consultation service is for children/teens aged 6 - 17 with problems in: attention/concentration, memory, language, perception, problem solving in academic or social learning. Specialized program services include: neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis and consultation with parents, therapists and school personnel.To top of page
Serves children/teens aged 6 - 17 with significant long-term limitations in cognitive, sensory or motor functioning, as well as those with impairments in adaptive functioning (the performance of daily activities required for personal and social sufficiency). Specialized program services include: developmental disabilities assessment, diagnosis and consultation with parents, therapists and school personnel.To top of page![]()
Serves children/teens aged 6 - 17 with known or suspected: Autistic Disorder, Asperger's Disorder, Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, Rett's Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDDNOS).
Specialized program services include: assessments to screen for the presence of an Autism Spectrum Disorder; psychological assessment of cognitive, academic and/or adaptive functioning; observation, assessment and programming for challenging behaviours; in-home behavioural support; developmental pediatric assessment; and training and resource information.To top of page
